FAQ

Casino & Live Casino
How do I play slots and other casino games?

Info on how to play your chosen slot game/casino game can often be found when you click the info button which usually is located at the bottom corner, or at the top corner, inside of each game. You are also welcome to contact our friendly and helpful Customer Support team on chat or email, and they will help you.

What are ‘Blitz Games’ and how do they work?

Head over to the Casino Lobby, click on the ‘Blitz Games’ category and choose your game. When you have done that, press the ‘Play Blitz’ button and select your spins and stake to play.

When using the Blitz mode your chosen game will not display any reels, animation, or effects. Instead you will see your accumulated winnings pulsing in the middle with a lightning circle around it.

In comparison to the normal mode, you will still be playing on the exact same slot game engines with the same logic and the same chances of winning, but your spins are up to 6 times faster!

Is it possible to save bonus rounds/features and play at a later stage?

Game rounds and game features triggered with bonus funds must be played through whilst a bonus is active. Players are not permitted to delay completion of game rounds or game features until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met, and/or they have deposited new funds.

If such activity is identified, the player agrees that their bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided at the discretion of Management.

What is the wagering requirement for casino games?

The wagering requirement for casino games is 40 times the bonus amount. For example, if you get a 500 SEK bonus, you will need to place bets on casino games that total at least 20 000 SEK using your bonus money in order to clear the wagering requirement (500 SEK x 40 = 20 000 SEK).

What are wagering requirements and how do they work?

When receiving a bonus, bonus money is added to your balance to play/bet with. Bonus money can be used in any game but cannot be withdrawn until you have met the wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements are a minimum total bet amount that you need to reach using your bonus money. These requirements vary based on whether you are placing bets on casino games or sports events. For more info about the wagering requirements regarding sports events, please go to the ‘Sports’ section in this FAQ.

During gameplay, real money is used first. Real money bets give real money winnings. Bonus money bets give bonus money winnings, as do bets made with a mixture of real and bonus funds.

Regardless if you win or lose, any placed bets with bonus money will contribute towards the wagering requirement. When playing for real money, the wagering requirement will not be affected.

Do all casino games contribute to the wagering requirement?

Different games affect the wagering requirements differently and can be seen in the list below:

  • Slot machines 100% (except Blood Suckers and The Wish Master - 0%)

What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?

When an event is cancelled, all related bets will be void automatically and accounts refunded.

What is the wagering requirement for sports betting?

The wagering requirement for sports bets is 40 times, but all eligible bonus bets on sports count at 250% (2,5 times) meaning that the effective wagering requirement is 16 times the bonus amount.

For example, if you get a 500 SEK bonus, you will need to place sports bets to a total stake of 8000 SEK with your bonus money to clear the wagering requirement (500 SEK x 16 = 8000 SEK multiplied 250% = 20 000 SEK).

What are wagering requirements and how do they work?

When receiving a bonus, bonus money is added to your balance to play/bet with. Bonus money can be used in any game but cannot be withdrawn until you have met the wagering requirements.

    Responsible Gaming
    How do the limits work?

At Speedy Spel we offer deposit limits and login time limits.

The deposit limits guarantees that you will never deposit more than the amount you choose to set as your limit per day/week/month. So, for example, if you have a deposit limit of 300 SEK per week and you win another 1000 SEK (and withdraw it), your limit for that week is now 1300 SEK instead. Thus, you will not lose more than 300 SEK/week of your own deposited money.

The login time limits are also set per day/week/month and guarantees that you can't play more than your set amount of hours per day/week/month. For example if you set the limit to 1h per day, 7h per week and 30h per day, Speedy Spel will close you down if you play more, and you won't be able to log in when you have exceeded your time limit.

I think I gamble too much, what can I do?

We suggest you set a limit to budget your gambling in the 'Deposit Limits' section, or take a break from gambling completely in the 'Self-exclusion' section. You may self-exclude for a minimum of 1 day, or for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or until further notice. If you need additional support, we recommend the following sites:

  • Spelpaus
  • Stödlinjen
  • Spelnykter
  • Spela Lagom
  • Betfilter (A software that blocks all the gambling sites).
  • Can I set limits to restrict my spending?

Yes, if you want to budget your gambling per day, week or month you can do so directly through your account by going to 'Settings' and then clicking 'Deposit Limits' or by contacting Customer Support, and we will be able to set a limit that you are comfortable with.

I have excluded myself, but want to play again, what can I do?

In order to get the most effective time out from playing, it is best to wait the whole period. You can always contact our Customer Support and ask when the self-exclusion expires.

While self-excluded, can I open another account?

At Speedy Spel you are only permitted to create one account per person. Creating another one when you are self-excluded is strictly forbidden.

What is the minimum age for gambling?

You must be at least 18 years old. To ensure that our players are over the age of 18, we require BankID verification.

Someone I know has a gambling problem, what can I do?

If someone you know has a gambling problem and they are playing on our site, feel free to let our Customer Support know. It shows great care that you are watching out for your friend(s) and that you are making sure they are not harming themselves by gambling.

We also recommend contacting organisations such as Stödlinjen. They provide information about problem gambling and its financial and emotional effects on the gamblers' families and loved ones. Furthermore, you can provide them with some of the useful links we mention here in our FAQ section ‘I think I gamble too much, what can I do?’.

    Licencing and Security
Is my personal information safe with you?

We always keep your information safe. Only employees who need it for KYC and security checks have access to it.

Is my money safe with you?

Absolutely. Spelinspektionen (The Swedish Gambling Authority) does routine audits to confirm that all incoming deposits and all outgoing withdrawals are processed and paid in accordance with legal standards.

How can I be sure the games are not rigged?

We can reassure you that the games are not rigged as both we, and our game providers use Random Number Generators to determine the result of every game round. We are constantly monitored by an independent third party that makes sure that every spin is completely up to chance.

Do you have a gaming license and what does it mean?

We have a 5-year license with Spelinspektionen (The Swedish Gambling Authority) that covers our players in Sweden. The license means that Speedy Spel operates under Swedish laws and regulations.

I’m afraid my account might be compromised, what can I do?

Please contact Customer Support, close your account, and change the password to your personal email account as well, in order to prevent further unlawful use. If you suspect fraud, report it to your local police, and we will cooperate directly with them during their investigation.

    Game Rules
How to play online casino games?

    Poker

Poker is a game of chance and the objective is to beat the dealer with the best five-hand combination. However, poker is not a game of pure chance since there’s an element of strategy involved as the goal is to predict the game's outcome based on the pair of cards you have re-ceived.

    General Rules

The rules listed here are the standard game rules for Ultimate Texas Hold’em, the most popular form of poker. However, each of the many variations of this game has its own unique set of rules. Therefore, it is you (the player) who is responsible for reading and understanding the rules of the chosen Ultimate Texas Hold’em variant prior to placing bets.

    • Ultimate Texas Hold'em is played with one deck of cards, consisting of 52 cards without jokers. The deck is shuffled after every round.
    • To start the game round, you have to place your wager; the bet has to be placed on the ante spot and you can also make an optional side bet: Trips bet.
    • After the bets are closed, the dealer will deal 2 cards face-up to you and 2 cards face-down to him-self/herself, as well as 3 community cards face-up in the middle of the table (called the Flop).
    • During the short pause, you must decide whether to continue playing by calling (doubling your bet) or stop by folding (if you decide to fold, you lose your initial bet).
    • After a short pause, the dealer will deal 3 final community cards face-up.
    • You can then form the best hand possible based on your own two cards and the community cards. The winning combination is formed by 5 out of 7 available cards.
    • The highest-ranking hand that can be formed from your 2 cards and 5 community cards is com-pared with the dealer's highest-ranking hand to define the winner.

    How to play Live Poker

    Set your stake

    • Select the stake by pressing on a suitable chip from the Chip Selector. The selected chip is high-lighted in the chip panel.
    • It is possible to mix chip values on the same bet. To see the available chip values, press the ‘up’ and ‘down’ arrow buttons until the minimum or maximum chip value is reached.
    • The total stake value when bets have been placed is displayed in the ‘Total Stake’ field.
  • The minimum/maximum betting limits are displayed in the ‘Bet Limits’ panel on the top of the screen.
  • Place your bet

    • Once you have selected a chip, place your bet by simply clicking on the betting spot on the game table. You can bet on one, two, or three betting areas (seats) by placing chips on each. Each additional click on the betting area will increase your bet by the value of the selected chip. Once you have reached the maximum limit established on the betting area, no additional funds will be accepted for that bet, and you will receive a notification stating that you have bet the maxi-mum.
    • When a bet has been placed, you can choose from the following options:

Undo: By pressing the Undo button, you will remove the last placed bet. Pressing again will remove the bet you had placed before the previous bet. This way, you can remove all previous bets one by one until all placed bets have been removed. However, you can only remove bets while betting time still re-mains.

Clear: By pressing the ‘Clear’ button, you will remove all bets from the table.

Repeat: By pressing the ‘Repeat’ button, you will repeat all bets from the previous game round. However, this button is only available before the first chip is placed.

The Total bet indicator displays the total amount of all bets placed in the current round.

    Decide

  • After two cards are dealt face-up to you and two cards face-down to the dealer, as well as three community cards face-up, your card combination and the "Make your decision" window will appear on the screen.
  • You must make a decision whether to continue playing by calling or stop by folding. If you have not made your decision before the time expires, your hand will be folded automatically. The bet-ting time indicator will display the message: Auto Folded.
  • Two final community cards will be dealt face-up and you can then form the best hand possible based on your own two cards and the community cards. Your hand is then compared with the dealer's to find the winner.
  • At the end of the round, the dealer turns all his/her cards face-up and announces the result.
  •

    Live Poker Variations

In addition to Ultimate Texas Hold’em mentioned above, our online casino offers a number of poker games, including but not limited to:

    • Ultimate Texas Hold'em
    • Casino Hold’em
    • Caribbean Stud Poker
    • 2 Hand Casino Poker
    • Three Card Poker
    • Side Bet City

The rules for each specific poker game can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Help’ button when the game is opened.

    Blackjack

Blackjack is a game of chance and the objective of the game is to get the highest hand on the table without going over a score of 21. Blackjack isn’t completely a game of pure chance as there’s an element of strategy involved.

The basic rules of blackjack apply to all variants of the game. However, you (the player) should never assume that the rules of playing blackjack are similar for every blackjack game as each variant introduces its own set of rules and unique features. This is why you should always check the rules and regulations of that specific blackjack game prior to placing bets.

    General Rules

    • Blackjack is played with between one and eight standard 52-card decks shuffled together. Most commonly, the game is played with 8 standard decks (416 cards), excluding Jokers.

    Card values are as follows:

Cards from 2 to 10 count their face value in blackjack.

Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) count as 10.

Aces are worth 1 or 11, whichever is more favorable to the hand.

  • To start the game round, you have to place your wager; the bet has to be placed on the betting spot and you can also make optional side bets: Perfect Pair and/or 21+3.
  • After the bets are closed, two cards will be dealt to you and two cards face-down to him-self/herself. One of the dealer’s cards will be dealt face-up so that you can see its value. The other dealer’s card will be left face-down. If the total value of your initial two-card hand is exactly 21, it means you have blackjack.
  • When neither the dealer, nor you have blackjack upon checking your two initial cards, you are given the chance to improve the values of your hands in turns. Therefore, you must make a playing decision. This includes the following options:
  • Hit: You can decide to ‘Hit’ to be dealt another card to your hand. You can hit more than once to receive additional cards.

Stand: This means you are satisfied with the value of your hand.

Double Down: In blackjack, you have the opportunity to increase the value of your initial bet by up to 100% in return of receiving only one additional card to add to your hand.

Split: If your initial hand is a pair of cards of equal value, you can exercise the option to split the pair to make two separate hands. When you split, you must make another bet equal to your main bet. A second card is then dealt to both your hands and you can draw as many cards as you want to improve the value of each hand by using the hit option before you stand. However, if you split an initial pair of Aces, you receive only one additional card per Ace with no option to hit.

  • You will keep receiving cards one at a time until you believe your hand is strong enough to beat the dealer.
  • When all players have made their decisions, the dealer reveals his/her down card. Un-like the players, the dealer has no playing options in blackjack. The dealer must draw on a hand of 16 or less and stand on a hand of 17 or more.
  • You win when the value of your final hand is closer to 21 than the dealer’s or when the dealer busts.
  •

    Side bets

    21+3

21+3 is a side bet on whether your first two cards and the dealer’s face-up card combine to form one of the combinations (poker hands) below:

Flush – three cards of the same suit.

Straight – three cards of the same value, not all of the same suit, such as 8-9-10. Aces can be high or low.

Three of a Kind – three cards of the same value.

Straight Flush – three cards of the same values, not all of the same suit.

Three of a Kind – three cards of the same value and the same suit.

If the three cards combined form one of these five hands, you win your side bet. If not, you lose your 21+3 blackjack stake. The amount you win depends on what type of three-card hand you get:

    Flush pays 5:1

    Straight pays 10:1

Three of a kind pays 30:1

    Straight flush pays 40:1

Three of a kind pays 100:1

This side bet is placed at the beginning of a round before your cards are dealt. Typically, there is a 21+3 betting box on the table where you place your stake for the side bet.

    Perfect Pair

Perfect Pair is a side bet that allows you to place an additional bet on whether your first two cards are a pair. It can either be a Mixed Pair (one red and one black), a Colored Pair (both red or black, but different suit), a Perfect Pair (both of the same suit), or Suited Trips (a pair of the same color that also matches the dealer’s first card). The amount you win depends on what type of hand you get:

    Mixed Pair 5:1

    Colored Pair 10:1

    Perfect Pair 30:1

    Suited Trips 50:1

This side bet is placed at the beginning of a round before your cards are dealt. Typically, there is a Perfect Pairs bet box on the table in which you place your stake for the side bet.

    Insurance

This is basically a bet that the dealer will win. If the dealer’s face-up card is an Ace, you can make the insurance wager by putting half of the initial bet made on the hand on the insurance line. If the dealer has a 10-value card and draws a blackjack, you win your money back, but if both you and the dealer lose, you lose your bet.

    How to play Live Blackjack

    Set your stake

    • Select the stake by pressing a suitable chip from the Chip Selector. The selected chip is high-lighted in the chip panel.
    • It is possible to mix chip values on the same bet. To see the available chip values, press the 'up' and 'down' arrow buttons until the minimum or maximum chip value is reached.
    • The total stake value when bets have been placed is displayed in the 'Total Stake' field.
    • The minimum/maximum betting limits are displayed in the Bet Limits panel on the top of the screen.

    Place your bet

    • Once you have selected a chip, place your bet by simply clicking the betting spot on the game table. You can bet on one, two, or three betting areas (seats) by placing chips on each. Each additional click on the betting area will increase your bet by the value of the selected chip.
    • Once you have reached the maximum limit established, no additional funds will be accepted for that bet, and you will receive a notification stating that you have bet the maximum. When a bet has been placed, you can choose from the following options:

Undo: By pressing the ‘Undo’ button, you will remove the last placed bet. Pressing again will remove the bet you placed before the previous bet. This way, you can remove all previous bets one by one until all placed bets have been removed. However, you can only re-move bets while betting time still re-mains.

    Decide

    • Once the cards have been dealt, each player will receive two upward cards, showing you each seat’s current hand. One of the dealer cards will remain face-down and one card face-up.
    • When it is your turn, you can decide regarding your hand. Your hand's total value will be dis-played in a panel; it will be updated as subsequent cards are dealt.
    • If your hand's total value is 21, the result will be confirmed as 'Blackjack'.
    • If the total value exceeds 21, the word 'Bust' will appear on the screen as well as the final hand value. In this case, you will lose the bet.
    • If the total value does not exceed 21, you must make a playing decision. The decision options (Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split) will be displayed on your screen, and only those currently available to you will be enabled.
    • If you don’t make a playing decision before time expires, your lack of response will be interpreted as a desire to stand on your current hand.

    Baccarat

Baccarat is a game of chance and the objective of the game is to predict whose hand will win by having the value closest to 9.

    General Rules

The rules listed here are the standard game rules of baccarat. However, each of the many variations of baccarat has its own unique set of rules. You are responsible to verify your understanding of the rules of the chosen baccarat variant prior to placing any bets. The rules for each specific game can be ac-cessed by clicking on the ‘Help’ button.

Baccarat is played between the Banker and the Player with 8 standard 52-card decks, excluding Jokers. Card values are as follows:

    • Aces count as 1
    • Cards from 2 to 9 count as their face value
    • 10 and face cards (jacks, queens, and kings) count as 0

If your cards total above 9, the first digit is dropped. For example, a 5 and a 6 would result in a 11, which is dropped to a 1 (11-10=1). Similarly, a face card plus 8 will be worth 8.

Prior to each deal, you must place your bet on the banker’s hand and/or on the player’s hand. You also have the option to bet on the Tie, which occurs when both the Player and Banker hold hands of equal value.

You and the Banker are each dealt a two-card hand and the dealer will then announce the winner.

If you bet on the player and you win, you are paid 2:1 winnings on your bet.

If you bet on the banker and the banker wins, you are paid 2:1 minus 5% bank commission.

If both the player’s hand and the banker’s hand have equal totals, the round ends in a Tie. If you have placed a bet on the Tie, your payoff is 8:1. The Tie bet wins, and non-Tie bets are re-turned to you.

    Side Bets

A side bet in baccarat is an additional wager you can make beyond the regular game bets. Side bets can only be placed during the first betting round. The available side bets are as follows:

Player Pair/Banker - Pays if the first two cards dealt to the Player or the Banker (as nominated by the player) constitute a pair.

Perfect Pair - The first two cards of either the Player or the Banker will be of the same number or the same suit.

Either Pair - The first two cards dealt to either the Player or the Banker will be of the same number or the same in suit.

Player Bonus - Pays when the Player wins the round on a natural 8 or 9 or by at least 4 points.

Banker Bonus - Pays when the Banker wins the round on a natural 8 or 9 or by at least 4 points.

    Slots

Online slots are considered games of chance in which players may choose to bet money on the outcome. The outcome of a round cannot be predicted, and players have no control over whether they win or lose. Instead, games’ outcomes are influenced by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is an algorithm generated by a computer, and it helps a slot game to produce a se-quence of unique symbols and randomize the results of each spin.

Although the results are ultimately unpredictable, there’s a number of key aspects to consider be-fore one starts playing online casino slots. Each slot game has its own unique set of rules, features, bonus games of varying complexity, payouts, Return to Player (RTP), and more. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to discover how these rules affect your gameplay, so you can either make necessary adjustments or opt for a different slot game.

The individual rules, gameplay options, payouts, and RTP for each of our slot games can be ac-cessed by clicking the ‘Help’ or pay table icon while the game is open in either fun or real-money mode. In addition, you can familiarize yourself with the general online casino slot rules below.

    Slot symbols

Symbols are the backbone of all slot games. They appear on the reels, creating winning combi-nations and triggering bonus features. Slot symbols can be categorized into two types, depending on their value:

Low-value symbols: Low-value symbols pay out less when a winning combination of certain symbols lands on the payline. Some of the common examples of low-value symbols include: A, K, Q, J, 10, and 9, used in many slot games.

High-value symbols: High-value symbols pay out more. They generally show the motifs, characters, or features closely connected to the specific theme of a particular game.

Paylines: A payline is a combination of symbols that result in a win. Paylines start from the leftmost reel and continue along the adjacent ones until they reach the rightmost reels. Some can form a straight horizontal or vertical line; others appear in a number of shapes, from zig-zag to trapezium.

Pay tables: This is where you can find all the information you need to understand how the slot works. It’s an area that includes the lowdown on the value of the slot symbols as well as the in-formation on how to trigger bonus features. All the possible paylines of that specific slot game can also be found by clicking on the pay table icon.

    Wild symbols

Wilds are arguably the most popular special symbols; they can appear randomly on the reels and substitute for any other symbols to create winning combinations. However, each game has different rules attached to such symbols, and these rules can be found by clicking on the pay table icon.

In addition to the standard wild symbols described above, online slots can feature a number of special wilds, including but not limited to:

Expanding Wilds: An Expanding Wild can substitute for any other symbol on the reels, just like a normal wild symbol. This symbol lands as a single symbol but expands either horizontally or vertically to cover the entire reel once the spin is complete, making every symbol of that particular reel a wild symbol in the process and offering more winning combinations.

Sticky Wilds: Sticky Wilds ‘stick’ in place and remain on the screen over multiple spins or until a feature is complete, increasing your chances of completing more paylines.

Stacked Wilds: A Stacked Wild is essentially a wild symbol that can appear and cover an entire reel when it drops — and it works in more or less the same way as an Expanding Wild.

Wandering Wilds: A Wandering Wild will shift its position in a certain way once a spin is complete.

    Scatter symbols

Scatters are most commonly referred to as bonus symbols. They can trigger special features in a slot game, including but not limited to:

Free Spins: These are the bonus rounds you can enjoy without paying anything. Free Spins are triggered when scatters appear together.

Re-spin Feature: A feature that will spin the reels once again once the initial spin is complete, without costing anything.

Expanding reels: A slot with expanding reels will have an extra reel or reels added in the base game. Expanding reels are added via a bonus feature and they increase the number of symbol spaces, which increases the number of ways to win.

Colossal symbols: Colossal symbols are symbol blocks that can cover several symbol spaces at once — and increase your chances to get a complete payline.

    Bonus game

Certain slots offer a broad variety of bonus games as built-in mini games. Most bonus games do not require skill and are as random as the main slot game, but this differs from one game to an-other. There are no set rules for what a bonus game should be, but there are a few different types of bonus games, including but not limited to:

Bonus Wheel: A special feature that comes with a wheel covered in prizes — usually bonus rounds or multipliers. Whichever prize the wheel lands is awarded to the player.

Multipliers: Some slot games include multiplier features. Multipliers multiply a win 2, 3, 4, or more times. Most multipliers are triggered during the bonus game, but sometimes they can also be triggered via certain symbols or accumulated over several spins.

Nudge Feature: This feature allows a player to adjust results when one of the symbols needed for a winning combination is one position off. A nudge might allow to knock one reel or more one space up or down, enough to get a win.

Gamble Feature: Some slots offer a Gamble feature that usually comes in the form of a guessing game, where you bet on the result of a random event. These guessing games usually consist of a 50/50 choice where winnings are doubled if you win, and if you make the wrong pre-diction, you lose all winnings.

    Types of Reel Slots

Slot reels are the backbone of any slot game. They determine how the slot will look and function.

Multi Reel Slots: Come stocked with multiple betting lines (usually 5 reels or more) and various bonus features.

Reel Re-spin: Some slot games come with a re-spin feature — they typically be-have like the standard slot games. The only difference is that at the bottom of each column, there’s an additional re-spin button. Clicking on this button will allow you to spin one of the reels, keeping the others fixed, but for a price.

Cascading Reels: There are slots without reels, often referred to as cascading grid slots or cluster pays slots. These slots allow the symbols that are part of the winning combinations to disappear, making room for new symbols to fall on the grid, all of which allows players to create new winning clusters in the single spin.

Rotating Reels: Rotating reels are usually offered as part of a bonus feature, rather than in the base game. When this feature is in effect, you will watch the reels rotate 90 degrees at the end of a spin, after which your paylines will pay out for a second time. Typically, the reels rotate a second, third, and fourth time before resetting to the original position.

    Jackpots

A Jackpot is a top prize a slot game offers. Jackpot slots can come in many formats but there are two main jackpot categories: fixed and progressive.

Fixed Jackpots: This is a jackpot that offers a fixed prize amount, which doesn’t grow with the number of bets. The fixed prize fund is specific to that particular game and isn’t linked to any other casino sites.

Progressive Jackpots: This is a jackpot that increases each time the game is played but the jackpot is not won. A progressive jackpot keeps growing until one lucky player wins it. These payouts can be many millions and only happen every few months.

    Autoplay

Most slot games offer an autoplay feature. This feature spins the reels on behalf of the player, who can simply watch the game unfold. You can choose how many auto-spins you would like and the bet size and then press the Autoplay button.

    Return to Player (RTP)

Return to Player indicates an overall percentage of how much a specific casino game gives back to all its players over time. Any RTP percentage given is the result of a calculation based on the results of thousands of spins on a specific game. However, it’s not intended to be any kind of guarantee of what you can win from a game. Rather, a theoretical percentage of winnings that a game pays back. Usually, the percentage is around 90-99%, depending on the slot.

    Volatility

Volatility, also known as variance, describes the estimated size of the winnings and how frequently they occur. Slot games are usually classed as having low, medium, or high volatility. Low volatility slots offer smaller amounts often, whereas high volatility slots payout larger amounts but less often. Medium variance games are the most common category of slots – they pay out smaller but more frequent payouts compared to high volatility slots.

    Blitz Games

Playing in Blitz mode means playing casino games up to 6 times faster than normal, without having to wait for the slot reels to be displayed with each spin. The logic, algorithms, RTP, and hit frequency remain the same. So essentially, playing in Blitz mode means you will not see any reels and the game’s graphics and animations that come after certain bonus features as you would in the traditional play mode of the game. You will see your accumulated winnings shown in the middle of the screen, surrounded by a ring of lightning along with buttons that control the number of spins and stake size.

    Roulette

Roulette is a game of chance. The key objective in roulette is to predict the numbered pocket on which the ball will land by placing one or more bets that cover that particular number. European and American roulette variants are, by far, the most prominent versions of the game. Both follow the typical roulette format. However, there are rules, odds, bets, and layouts that are specific to each variation.

    • The European Roulette wheel contains 37 numbers, from 0 to 36, and that leaves a house edge of 2.3%.
    • The American wheel contains 38 numbers as it also includes 00, meaning the house edge is 5.26%
    • European Roulette also includes a rule called La Partage, which gives players half their stake back if the zero comes up when they place an even money bet.

    General Rules

The rules listed here are the standard game rules for European Roulette. However, each of the many variations of Roulette has its own unique set of rules. You are solely responsible to verify your understanding of the rules of the chosen Roulette variant prior to placing bets. The rules for each specific game can be accessed by clicking on the Help button when the game is opened.

There are totally 37 pockets on the standard roulette wheel, ranging from 0 to 36. There are 18 red num-bers, 18 black numbers, and 1 slot featuring 0 (zero).

    • For numbers between 1-10 and 19-28, the odd numbers are colored in red and the even numbers are colored in black.
    • For numbers between 11-18 and 29-36, the odd numbers are colored in black and the even numbers are colored in red.
    • The 0 (Zero) is colored in green.
    • Bets are placed on the area on the roulette table which is known as the layout. Minimum and maximum bet amounts permitted are shown on the screen.
    • Roulette offers a variety of betting options, all of which bring you different chances for a win and different payouts.

    - Placing inside bets is either selecting the individual numbers or specific combinations of numbers.

    - Placing outside bets is selecting a combination of numbers, the pocket color, or whether the winning number is odd or even. Outside bets are placed outside the area with the numbered boxes on the table lay-out.

*You can find more information about the different types of bets in the ‘Bet Types’ section below.

    • You can continue to place bets as the ball spins around the wheel until the dealer announces ‘no more bets’ or the system timer indicates that betting has closed.
    • In order to place a bet, you need to select the desired chip value. This can be done by clicking on a chip in the keypad area.
    • After players have placed their bets, the dealer sets the wheel spinning before flicking the white ball around the edge in the opposite direction to that of the wheel’s rotation. When the ball lands in a slot, the dealer will announce the winning number; the winning number will also be displayed in the game panel. The winnings are then paid to any player who has placed a successful bet, whilst all losing bets are cleared from the table.

    Scratch Cards

Scratch cards are luck-based games that work in the same way in both real and virtual forms. There are different kinds of online scratch cards, but they all feature the same core strategy. Online scratch cards have multiple rows and symbols that are covered — and you can virtually scratch these symbols to reveal them, with a chance of finding matching symbols and getting rewarded.

However, you (the player), should also never assume that the rules of playing scratch cards are always the same as they tend to vary. In addition, each scratch card game has its own Return to Player that describes the percentage of wagered money that will be returned to the player over time. The RTP can be found within the game itself. Scratch cards also have different pay-outs. Some scratch cards offer payouts that don’t de-pend on how much you have wagered. Others come with a payout based on a multiplier, which means they are multiplied by the amount that has been wagered.

Therefore, it’s important to always review the applicable specific rules for each scratch card game in order to discover how these rules affect your gameplay and your winning chances, so that you can either make necessary adjustments or else opt for a different type of scratch card. The individual rules can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Help’ button while the game is open in either fun or real-money mode.

    How to play Scratch Cards

    • Press the ‘Buy’ button to buy a new card
    • Scratch your card manually or press the ‘Scratch All’ button to reveal all symbols at once
    • Reveal the symbols. If you reveal the necessary number of matching symbols (depending on the game), you will get rewarded automatically.

    Game Shows

Game Shows combine traditional table games and money wheel games with elements of world-famous game shows and board games. You (the player) should never assume that the rules are similar for every Game Show as they tend to vary. Each Game Show introduces its own set of rules and even unique features. This is why you should always check the rules that Game Show before playing.

    Money Wheels

There are different kinds of money wheel games, including Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, and Dream Catcher. Money Wheel is a game of chance that is played using a 54-segment vertical wheel, spun by the game present-er. The objective of the game is to predict the segment the pointer is going to stop at or each spin.

    How to play Money Wheels

    • Place your bet on a segment you believe the wheel will land on: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, or 40. However, Crazy Time features a number of additional bet spots: Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip, or Crazy Time.
    • The game presenter then spins the wheel. When it comes to a stop, the winning segment is indicated by a pointer.
    • All bets are paid on a one to one basis with the odds matching the number in the winning segment. For example, winning number 10 pays 10 to 1, winning number 5 pays 5 to 1, and so on.
    • If the wheel stops on one of two multipliers (2x or 7x), then the dealer spins it once more and no new bets are allowed. The wheel is spun again, and the outcome of the spin is multiplied 2x or 7x, depending on which multiplier the wheel stopped on in the previous spin.

    Mega Ball

Mega Ball is played with up to 200 cards with 24 randomly arranged unique numbers (the space in the middle row is usually left blank) and a ball drawing machine that houses 51 numbered balls, 20 of which are drawn from the machine during the game. The goal is to get a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of 5 squares and get rewarded. There’s also a Mega Ball bonus round in which you have the chance to win a big multiplied winning.

    How to play Mega Ball

    • As a first step, you need to purchase cards to get started. Select the value and buy the desired number of cards, up to 200 per game round.
    • Once the betting time is over, 20 numbered balls will be quickly drawn from the Ball drawing machine one by one. The matching numbers on your cards will be marked off automatically.
    • When you get a complete horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of 5 squares, your winnings per card are up-dated and displayed on your screen (below the corresponding card).
    • After all the 20 balls are released in the main game round, a Mega Ball Bonus round occurs. At the beginning of the Mega Ball round, a Mega Ball multiplier between 5x and 100x is generated. This means that if the Mega Ball number completes a line in one of your cards, your payout on that card are multiplied the Mega Ball multiplier.
    • After the game is over, your winnings are calculated automatically and displayed on your screen.

    Deal or No Deal

Deal or No Deal is a multi-layered live game of chance. The game's objective is to win the mon-ey in the last of 16 briefcases or take one of the banker’s offers.

How to play Deal or No Deal

    Qualification Round

There is a qualification round in place to join the game show. All you need to do is spin a three-reel bank vault so that the golden segments on the rings are aligned into the upper sector of the wheel. You can spin the wheel as many times as you want within the time provided. However, each spin costs your selected bet amount, and sets the amount of money in the biggest prize briefcase by 75x-500x of your bet.

    Top Up Round

Once qualified, you enter the Top Up round, and the Top Up Wheel appears. In the Top Up round, you have the opportunity to top up the amount of money in one or more of the 16 brief-cases by 5x-50x of your bet.

    Game Show

    Slot Dice

Slot Dice also features a guaranteed payout if a player acquires 25 combinations ‘3 of a kind’.

    How to play Slot Dice

    Main Game

The aim of the game is to roll specific combinations with a set of 5 dice to either enter a Bonus Game or if 3 of a kind are successfully rolled, to move one level up. Eventually, you can reach all 25 levels to claim the cash-back. You can change the Bet Amount at any point before the round is played. However, the bet levels are not adjustable once you have entered a bonus game.

    Bonus Games:

    ‘Hero Call’

To enter the ‘Hero Call’ bonus game, you are required to get a Full House (3 of the same kind together with 2 of the same kind (for example, 2,2,5,5,5) in the Main Game. Hero Call starts with 1 dice and you are required to get a score higher than one in the first round. With every new level, the bonus game will add one dice and you have to get a higher score than the previous one to move up a level. If all 10 levels have been achieved, you win a jackpot.

    ‘Lucky Four’

To enter the ‘Lucky Four’ bonus game, you are required to get four of the same kind (for ex-ample, 2,2,2,2,5) in the Main Game. In the bonus game, you need to get at least one ‘4’ to climb up a level. Each level reduces one dice. If all 10 levels are completed successfully, you win a jackpot.

    ‘Crazy Straight’

To enter the ‘Crazy Straight’ bonus game, you are required to get a straight (5 consecutive numbers, for example, 2,3,4,5,6) in the Main Game. Crazy Straight is played with a set of 2 dice and the goal is to score higher than the mandatory for every level, starting from a value of 2 and followed by increments of 1 with every roll. If all 10 levels are completed successfully, you win a jack-pot.

    ‘Golden One’

To enter the ‘Golden One’ bonus game, you are required to get five of the same kind (for ex-ample, 5,5,5,5,5) in the Main Game. Golden One gives you 10 chances. You start with 5 dice and each time you roll a ‘1’, the dice gets eliminated and goes to the next level. The aim of the bonus game is to eliminate all 5 dice with the least number of throws. Each level reduces one dice. If you have five 1s in the first turn, you get the highest jackpot possible.

    Bingo

Bingo is a game of chance in which each player has a card / several cards with numbers on it / them. Players mark off numbers on their cards as the numbers are drawn randomly by the game host from the draw machine. Each card comes with an individual combination, which is put together randomly. The objective of the game is to have as many numbers as possible marked off on your card. Online Bingo follows the exact same rules — and the only difference is that the numbers are not drawn from the machine but are randomly generated.

    General Rules

The basic rules of Bingo apply to all versions of the game. However, you should never assume that the rules of playing online Bingo are similar for every game as they tend to vary. Each variant introduces its own set of rules and even unique features. This is why you should always check the rules and regulations of that specific game before playing.

    Numbers

Bingo can be played with 30, 75, 80, or 90 balls. The number of balls in play during a bingo game is important as it determines the odds of a win, as well as its duration and even what the cards look like. There are 3 main ways to win as follows:

One Line: Complete a full horizontal line of numbers

Two Lines: Mark off two full horizontal lines

Full House: Complete all three lines

    Cards

The objective of Bingo is to have as many numbers as possible marked off on your card. These cards differ slightly depending on which type of Bingo you are playing, but they operate in the same way. The cards have arrays of random numbers printed on them, and players attempt to form winning patterns, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, or covering a previously specified arrangement such as shapes or designs. In most cases, you can play Bingo with multiple cards at the same time, increasing your chances of getting a winning line. How-ever, usually, there’s a limit of how many cards you can buy for each game.

    How to play Bingo

  • Press play to initiate the round. 30 (or more, depending on the game variant) balls will be drawn.
  • In online Bingo, the computer automatically marks the called-out numbers for you.
  • Winning combinations will be shown on the cards and in the payable patterns at the top.
